CHRISTMAS RECIPE

The season for hot gløgg to keep warm

Gløgg:

1 bottle of redwine
2 cups port
peel from 2 organic oranges
peel from 1 organic lemon
3 cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
2 Cardamom seeds
raisins
chopped skinned almonds
250 g sugar

Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat it – ENJOY
